All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via UPS, USPS, or DHL.

Orders are shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Ready to ship orders ship in 1-2 business days. Made to order items ship in 3-5 business days. If there is a custom order that will ship outside of the 3-5 business day window, this information will be communicated to you. 

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

Novelty packs unopened and unused are accepted within 14 days of shipping. Once received, the item will be refunded minus shipping.

Customizable items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
