Shipping Policy
All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped internationally via UPS, USPS, or DHL.
Orders are shipped on business days: Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Ready to ship orders ship in 1-2 business days, while made to order items ship in 3-5 business days. If there is a custom order that will ship outside of the 3-5 business day window, this information will be communicated to you.
Delivery times are based on normal business volume.
Refund Policy
Theme/novelty packs unopened and unused are accepted within 14 days of shipping. Once received, the item will be refunded minus shipping.
Customizable items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
